For the On-The Job Training Program, there is no qualification required. From a student studying in Class 12 or a PGT Grade Teacher to a Startup owner or a working professional looking for a career change, our On-The Job Training Program is designed to cater to the needs of different people.
A student must have passed his/her Class 12th in order to enroll for the On-The Job Degree Program ( BCA ), whereas a student must have completed his/her Bachelors to join the On-The Job Degree Program ( MCA )

The duration of our On-The Job Degree Program ( BCA ) is 3 years. In the first year, you will be trained by developers and trainers on practical client projects to give you hands-on about the industry process. In addition to this, you will also get to be a part of the Skillyards Club Facilitation where we will contribute to your personality development, public speaking, English language fluency, and leadership skills through regular sessions held by industry leaders. You will also get to add to your network and connections through the club, allowing you to be open to more career opportunities. In the second year, you will secure a Paid Internship as a Junior Developer Intern with a stipend of up to 15000 per month. In the third year, you will be job-ready and placed as a Junior Developer in a leading IT company with an average package of 5 LPA.
